SELF TRUST

 Trust is reliability and truth. When someone asks whether you can be trusted, they tend to question your reliability, which is also an ability to believe in what you intend to do. Trusting in oneself is often costly, but it often brings peace, joy, and a sense of purpose that leads to positive change. Being reliable in yourself mean compounding the physical, emotional and even spiritual effort in making sure the end result is tangible.  Life is somehow tough, and the best thing to do is to keep trying until what you hope and work for bears the expected fruits. Life is sweet when things go in the right direction. We tend to pray for good things and hope they unfold as expected. Throughout my life, I have experienced both rough and smooth moments, all of which were meant to build, strengthen, and shape me. Endurance has become a routine, and losing hope is never an option on this journey. No matter how many times I fall, I always get up and try again, even if it means doing so alone. 'Last man standing' has been my encouraging motto, and I continue to climb another step of the ladder. Among the blessings I've received, my children are the most precious. THE GOLDEN OLD DAYS

Do you ever feel so nostalgic that you wish you could return to the past and relive the beautiful childhood memories? Life in the village was incredibly sweet and pure. I often find myself in this situation and miss my younger self. I miss the good old days when we were young and grew up without hatred, greed, or selfishness. Those were wonderful times when we truly appreciated everything our parents, siblings, and extended family did for us. I'm referring to when our parents were both loving and strict, molding us with patience, much like a gardener tending to flowers, smiling at every bit of progress their efforts yielded. Yes, my parents were strict, and no wrongdoing went unpunished. The punishments were harsh and painful, but that very pain forged the strength in me to overcome any obstacle.
