Exercise is an activity that requires physical effort, carried out to sustain and improve health and fitness. It is often used for specific purposes such as reducing tummy, improving lung and heart power, and also to relieve the skin of its toxicity. Daily routine is key in controlling the body and its components, making it healthy at all times. It can be done in the gym, at home or on a pitch with good space.

These are simple activities that can be done with ease; you only need to schedule every bit of it. Scheduling helps in fixing time properly without interfering with other things that need to be done on a daily basis. Another thing to consider is a conducive environment which helps during the process. Unlike dancing and squats, which can be done in a noisy place, the other components need a very peaceful environment. Yoga, for instance need meditation before the actual exercise.
Choosing your target helps you know what to do and at what time and place. Bodyweight strength training is for both the upper body and lower body. Lower body can be engaged with squats, lunges, side lunges, glute bridges and calf raises. Upper body includes push-ups, tricep dips on a chair, planks and Supermans.
Cardio and aerobic exercise are the ones that increase heart rate and improve cardiovascular health. Also helps drain blood vessels of their toxic components. Activities include jumping jacks, high knees, mountain climbers, butt kicks, jumping rope, dancing, running, skating and burpees. For flexibility and mobility, try yoga, pilates, and stretching routines to improve range of motion and reduce stiffness. Household activities such as lifting groceries, cleaning and walking up and down stairs are also exercise tips.
Some of the things to put into consideration are: structure, including using intervals such as 10-20 minutes of work followed by rest to keep the heart rate up. Progression entails increasing reps, sets and reducing rest time during activities. Frequency plays a role in aiming for the daily movements, meaning keeping routines without ceasing.
