DONT LET STRESS PIN YOU DOWN

Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances. The demanding circumstances may include negative actions or things impacting your mental stability. Being emotionally unwell may advance and lead to more harmful stages of anxiety, which interfere with the functionality of the brain. Sometimes you find yourself setting that ka-meeting with yourself, but when evaluating, the cause of the issue becomes mere yet the outcome is huge and unbearable. Stress can make you talk alone like a dimwit or even make a mess so huge like a tsunami. Before you tear down properties or even abuse mercilessly, there are some actions you can take to overcome the monster. Paying keen attention to yourself and pinpointing everything out should help you know when to begin the steps of healing, or rather, overcoming. Living healthily means avoiding all the negative things you think about, say, or do.

Effective stress management involves a combination of lifestyle adjustments, relaxation techniques, and cognitive strategies to build resilience and improve coping mechanisms. Key approaches include regular physical activity, prioritising tasks to avoid over-commitment, practising mindfulness, improving sleep, and maintaining a healthy diet. Resilience, as an ability to keep going, helps in making sure that everything put in place is well finalised. Keeping everything in order brings about a relation to the tampered nerves. You can't control what is done or said to you, but you can control how anger affects your mental being. Mental stability is a major component of bodily strength. We do say that the mind is the masterpiece of all thoughts and ideas. Its the second engine after the heart. Maintaining its wellness means growing in the right direction.

Maintaining physical activity like exercise is key.  Regular activity like walking, yoga, or aerobics reduces muscle tension and boosts mood. And when your mood is relaxed, the brain sensors detect and send info to the brain, which later on helps calm the body composition. It doesn't mean that you have to walk or do exercise the whole day. Try keeping track of every step you take, which can be done by apps like Map My Walk, Strava, and Pacer, offering features like GPS route tracking, step counting, and calorie monitoring. These apps are available on both Android and iOS. Yoga helps with increased strength, flexibility, better posture, stress reduction, and enhanced heart health.
Remember, mood swings are hard to control. People will pin you so badly without even consulting; the only thing they see is your disturbance. Please guard your mood and general body.

Adjusting to lifestyle entails making yourself comfortable and living within your means. Raising standards when you literally know your capacity isn't healthy. Coping with life as it is gives you inner peace, thus creating normalcy at its best. As you set standards, always check with your mental well-being. Humility is inborn; thus should be embraced and used wisely. It is a strong virtue that makes people think you are poor. The latter helps us in getting where we inspire in life. Being humble doen menan you don't value yourself; it's a virtue that should be practised at all times. Meekness, as I pointed out earlier, is not weakness, but rather a tool that helps us go far. Even beyond our expectations, it always helps us exceed our plans. A simple lifestyle also helps in calming and bringing your inner self closer to your spirit. Have it in mind that the body needs both your spirit and brain for coordination and functionality. Planning ahead should be your foremost thought.

What strategies do you have for maintaining and growing yourself? The list adding to this latter should be encountered with positive vibes and plans that generate smiles that help cool your ghosts. Some of the strategies to put in place may include: Time Management,  Prioritise tasks, break large projects into smaller steps, and delegate when possible. Set Boundaries, learn to say "no" to avoid over-committing, and take breaks from work, news, and social media. Journaling and mindfulness: writing down thoughts to process emotions and practice gratitude, focusing on the positive aspects of life. Writing about what bothers your soul helps you know how to set boundaries on the same. Great brains are nurtured, not destroyed. You can also connect with others by talking to friends, family, or a therapist to share concerns. As it is said by the elders, a problem shared is always half solved. Always remember that silence kills faster. Have time to know how the inner you deals with pressing issues before you think of dealing with stress. Also, keep in mind that you matter more than everything. Lastly, you can listen to music, engage in a hobby, or spend time in a designated quiet place.  Calling yourself to a meeting is always great, you get to know what the body, mind and soul need. If the three don't match, then you will always find yourself messing big time.

Choosing yourself first should be at the forefront of maintaining stability and key aspects that keep you going. Maintaining physical, mental, spiritual, environmental and intellectual health is key. Reading a bible to remind yourself of your worth is a good idea and should be embraced. Spending quality time with the creator in a quiet place is often awesome; it reminds you that you are the greatest and most beautiful thing God worked on and should not be taken for granted.

Self-love is awesome!
